tolerance指的是长期用药的情况下，病人对药物的反应性降低。
更直观点说吧：
对于药物的疗效（therapeutic effect）, 我们总是希望患者不要产生tolerance；而对于药物的不良反应（adverse effect）我们总是希望患者有很好的tolerability。
