这个位置的氢有一定酸性，假如直接与重水交换，是否可以把这个位置的氢交换下来？
还有没有其他的氢交换的方法？

底物的水溶性可能不太好。
强碱性条件下重水交换，苄位也可能部分交换，生成混合物不易纯化。
也可以把亚甲基先去掉，再用氘代的聚甲醛重新上去，这样可能比较稳妥。
