这句话的意思为，如何保证稳定性。就是问你是通过什么方式来保证这个品种在有效期内的稳定性问题。但他这么问显然带有别的意思，就是说你们如何给我保证稳定性问题，言下之意就是你们保证不了这一品种的稳定性。
