最近实验中需要使用中性和碱性氧化铝板，但是不知道怎么铺，我们常规都是使用硅胶板，恳请哪位高人指导一下，！！！！
Weigh 40 g of aluminum oxide GF254 Merck
- Suspend powder in 65 ml of tap deionized water
- Shake vigorously for 45 seconds in rubber-stoppered Erlenmeyer flask (500 ml volume)
- Pour thickened slurry into trough of Quicfit spreader
- Pull spreader with 0.25 mm trailing edge to prepare twenty one, 5X20 cm plates
- Allow plates to air-dry (until they turn white) - 30-45 min.
- Activate plates by heating in an oven at 120 C for 30 min prior to use
