四氯化碳如何干燥处理?看到一些文献,但是说法不一,谁能给些简单实用的方法吗?我的反应要求非常纯净而且干燥的四氯化碳。
四氯化碳的处理:
将四氯化碳置于分液漏斗中,用纯水洗2次,再用无水氯化钙干燥,过滤后蒸馏,收集76~78℃的馏分。
另外一种纯化方法:
四氯化碳中二硫化碳达4%。纯化时,可1000mL将四氯化碳与60g氢氧化钾溶于60mL水和100mL乙醇的溶液混在一起,在50~60℃时振摇30min,然后水洗,再将此四氯化碳按上述方法重复操作再一次(氢氧化钾的用量减半)。四氯化碳中残余的乙醇可以用氯化钙除掉。最后将四氯化碳用氯化钙干燥,过滤,蒸馏收集76.7℃馏分。

Carbon disulfide can be removed by shaking vigorously for several hours with saturated KOH, separating, and washing with water: this treatment is repeated. The CC14 is shaken with cone H2SO4 until there is no further coloration, then washed with water, dried with CaCl2 or MgSO4 and distd (from P2O5 if desired).
